Used Root Sciences Wiped Film Short Path Distillation Automated System. Model VKL 70 - 5 RS. Throughput: 1500ml of BHO or CO2 winterized oil per hour. Maximum Evaporator temperature of 300 Degrees C. Temperature controlled and stabilized by independent Huber heating and cooling units for each individual part of the system (pictured). Operating pressure: 0.001 mbar. True Continuous feed: Feed tank is not under vacuum, via a one way check valve. The VKL utilizes metering pumps to dispense distillate from deep vacuum to atmospheric pressure, negating the use of a receiving flask. Fully jacketed system. Maintain consistent temperature throughout process. Fully pumped system from beginning to end. No need for heating guns or heat tap to operate system. Speed of the Distillate and Residue discharge pumps are adjustable. Precise parameter configuration for consistent end results. Last used in a Cannabis application.
